These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of LockerScore. By visiting our website, building a locker report or downloading a flex card, you agree to follow these rules and any applicable laws. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LockerScore Labs LLC, an Austin, Texas company. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the site. By accessing any feature on LockerScore, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

Description of the Service

LockerScore is a free, fan-made scarcity checker for the outfits of a popular battle royale game. You can search about 2,800 outfits, see their rarity tier, release chapter and recorded item shop history, add the ones you own to a locker list, and get a scarcity score for each outfit and a grade for the whole locker. The service is provided strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes.

Points and Scores Have No Monetary Value

All scarcity scores, indexes, grades and flex cards generated by LockerScore are a fan-made collector measure created for fun. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal currency, are not a price or an account valuation, and do not correspond to any official in-game currency or balance. You may not use our scores or cards to appraise, sell, buy, auction, or trade video game accounts or in-game cosmetics.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LockerScore only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to disrupt the operation of the site, overload our servers, scrape our catalog files using automated bots, or bypass any security features. Furthermore, you agree not to present LockerScore as an official authority or use it to mislead or defraud other players.

Your Locker List and Flex Cards

The outfits you add to your locker are kept only in your own browser. Flex cards are drawn as an image inside your browser and saved to your device when you choose to download them; they are not uploaded to our servers. If you share a flex card or a copied summary, you are responsible for where you post it, and you agree not to submit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content through the contact form.

Intellectual Property and Fan Status

LockerScore is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the game's publisher or any other rights holder. All outfit names, character designs, official cosmetic icons, and related trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. LockerScore Labs LLC retains all rights in its original software code, website design, editorial text, and proprietary lifestyle photography.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LockerScore is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our catalog is completely free of errors, that season release dates are flawless, or that the website will run without interruptions. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law and applicable federal statutes, LockerScore Labs LLC, its managers, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site. Because our service is entirely free of charge and does not handle payments or accounts, your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using the website.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal claim or dispute arising from your use of LockerScore must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You and LockerScore Labs LLC agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
