LockerScore respects your privacy and is built from the ground up to minimize data collection. This Privacy Policy explains what happens when you visit our website, how your browser stores your locker list, and why we do not collect your personal information. We encourage players and their parents to read this document together so you understand how our service works.

Who We Are

LockerScore is operated by LockerScore Labs LLC, an independent company organized under the laws of the State of Texas and based in Austin, Texas, USA. We create free, fan-made interactive tools designed primarily for audiences located in the United States.

Information We Do Not Collect

We believe the best way to safeguard your privacy is to avoid collecting your data in the first place. LockerScore does not offer user accounts, registration, social media logins, or integrations with your console or game accounts. We never ask for your passwords, payment details, or security verification codes. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form, described in the next section.

Messages You Send Us

Our contact form asks for your name, your email address, a topic and your message, and it is sent only when you press Send. The message is delivered to the LockerScore Labs LLC support inbox by email and is used for one purpose: to answer you, for example about a missing outfit, a bug or a rights holder request. We keep support emails for up to 12 months and then delete them, we never add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your message with anyone. You can ask us to delete your message at any time by writing to the address in the operator card.

Browser Storage and Your Locker Data

When you pick outfits to calculate your score, that list is saved strictly on your own device using your browser's local storage under the key named ls1. This information stays on your computer, phone, or tablet and is never transmitted to LockerScore Labs LLC or any third party. You can delete your saved locker list at any moment by clicking the Clear Locker button on the site or by clearing your browser storage. Flex card images are created on your device and are never sent to us.

Standard Server Logs

Like almost every website on the internet, our hosting provider automatically records basic connection requests when your browser loads a page. These standard server logs may record your internet protocol address, the time of your visit, the page requested, and your browser type. Our hosting provider retains these technical records for up to 30 days solely to protect site security, combat abuse, and ensure network stability, after which they are permanently deleted.

Third-Party Fonts

To present clear text and consistent styling across different screens, our website loads typography files through Google Fonts. When your browser requests these font files, Google receives your internet protocol address and technical browser headers in order to deliver the files to your device. Google handles that request under its own privacy policies, and LockerScore does not receive any personal information from that font delivery process.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

LockerScore does not set any tracking cookies, marketing cookies, or analytics cookies on your device. We do not partner with advertising networks, we do not deploy tracking pixels, and we do not profile your browsing habits across the web. The only persistent data stored on your device is the local storage item holding your selected outfit list, which functions entirely offline on your browser.

Children and Younger Players

Our website provides a general-audience gaming reference tool, and many of our visitors are 13 years of age or older. We do not offer sign-up forms or account creation, and the contact form is meant for teens and adults; children under 13 should ask a parent or guardian to contact us on their behalf. If we learn that a child under 13 has sent us personal information, we delete that message promptly.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside, including the State of Texas, the State of California, the United Kingdom, or the European Union, data privacy laws may grant you rights to access, correct or delete personal information held about you. The only personal information we may hold is a support email you sent us through the contact form, and we will show it to you, correct it or delete it on request. Your locker selections stay in your browser and never reach us, so there is nothing to retrieve there.
